“I would like to share my experience at The Bride. The team there are fantastic.
 
“The Bride was the first shop I went into as I’d found a dress in a bridal magazine I wanted to try on. Lynsey gave me a Suzanne Neville dress which was exactly what I’d asked for – bardot and figure hugging. My family saw me in it and went WOW!! 
 
I went to one other shop after The Bride because my MIL had missed the first appt and I wanted to make sure she felt included. I didn’t find any dresses I liked and simply, I noted that The Bride experience was total luxury, more than anything else. 
 
I couldn’t stop thinking about the dress I’d tried on, so I went back. I was worried about taking up time from the team, but they were more than happy to let me come back and give it a go! I decided to take a skirt from one dress style and add it on to the bodice I liked. The team really helped me to create my vision! Lynsey, Nicki and Kate were super helpful and really creative with how we could make my dream dress come to life. I ended up changing the skirt and the bodice slightly so that it was my own. Doing their couture route meant the dress was made to me, which was really important because I’m very petite. Everyone said at the wedding how perfect the fit was and how insane my dress was! It fit me like a glove. 
 
Lynsey was also really patient when I had emailed at 10pm 2 months before the wedding because I had decided I’d like a veil. The next day we had designed and ordered it in store! She also helped me carry my dress and veil to my car when I picked them up! 
 
The team are so organised. Every appointment, fitting, schedule, design timeline, care, they know what they are doing – they are extremely knowledgeable and very experienced. Once I had decided on the dress, I didn’t stress about it at all – the team did a fantastic job and knew everything that needed to be done. I’m very busy with my job so knowing this was in the perfect hands was so reassuring! 
 
They give you undivided attention which really matters! I knew every decision I was making with the team was the right one, because they know exactly what they are talking about and it makes so much difference. My dress decisions were super efficient thanks to this group of wonderful ladies. The seamstress there is also brilliant and extremely talented!
