Dear Polly, Nicky, Rani and team,
I just wanted to write to say such a huge thank you for helping me find my dream dress, and for making the whole thing such a pleasurable and memorable experience. From the moment we stepped foot in your gorgeous shop I hoped I would find my dress there. You made me feel so welcome with such friendly service and genuine advice. The first time I tried the Novello dress on I knew instantly it was ‘the one’ as it made me feel absolutely incredible – I had never seen myself look like that before, and I really didn’t think I’d end up in a big dress! Suzanne’s dresses are utter perfection. I honestly wish I could wear it everyday!
We had the most amazing day (sandwiched between two days of downpours!), and I had so many compliments on the dress. Two guests told me it was the most beautiful wedding dress they had ever seen. Given they were both 50+ I took this as a huge compliment.
With every good wish for the future – I will be recommending you to all of my engaged friends.
